Free static assets; paid options
Free and paid plans have different build allowances. Static-asset requests that do not invoke Functions are free; Functions use Workers quotas and billing.

What are Cloudflare Pages’s limitations?
Cloudflare recommends Workers for new projects. Pages has build, file-count and per-file-size limits; dynamic requests are not covered by free static-asset requests.
